I’d rather say the ‘nice person’. Sometimes there is genuinely a medical reason behind their behaviour, but in either case being on the receiving end is no good. Getting the help for the medical issues to stop the behaviour can be … difficult. Sometimes family enable the behaviours so they can benefit/profit from the situation.
They turn your friends into their friends so there is no-one to believe and support you
It’s bloody evil how manipulative they are. They groom their victim, but also everyone else around them (into believing they’re the nice guy)
