22 stopped me. With depression, the cruel voice in my head has no author. It's mine, or it may as well be. Being able to ask "whose sentence is this?" and actually have an answer looks to me like one of the few advantages available in that situation.

Agreed. I am trying to focus more on being grounded in this: just because someone says something, doesn't make it truth. It gets so incredibly messy and confusing. I want to strive to keep and maintain my peace and release defending against what they won't see.

Now this is an excellent tool to keep handy. 👏 well said! I especially like #2. I have to stop defending and fighting for truth and instead shift to protect my peace and my health at this point. Lord help everyone in this struggle 🙏
